Nice atmosphere, very clean and staff very friendly... I went with my 2 coworkers, all3 of us got the same treatment done but I didn't get half of what they got done. We got the foot/leg massage. The girl never touched my legs, just them bottom of my feet.
I bought my fiancé a $200 gift certificate from this place. She used to go all the time, but she said her last experience was so bad that she won't go back. She went on Oct 7 for a 3:45pm appt. She said the massage itself was subpar and the attitude of the woman was off-putting. She seemed unhappy being there and my fiancé felt that negativity immediately. She was a novice with her techniques at best. she said she can get a better massage for a lower price elsewhere. The checkout attendant also gave her a hard time b/c she kept asking for proof of the certificate even when my fiancé gave her the certificate #, apparently that wasn't enough so the attendant, Elizabeth, ended up making my fiancé feel like she wasn't being truthful. Overall, a bad experience here all because of bad customer service and lack of skill in the masseuse. I am very upset I wasted my money on this place. This is SPA, a place people go to find relaxation, instead all we got was unnecessary stress!
Every staff member was so helpful and welcoming from the moment I entered the spa I felt very welcome and cared for. I also loved that there were robes available to fit all sizes and complimentary combs, brushes and other amenities in the bathroom as I'd forgotten those things.
Been here over the last 5 years and each visit is a great experience from the staff and excellent services. Highly recommend for a relaxing day to yourself. They also offer parties. Never done one but that will not last long.
It will DEFINITELY be my go-to spa in the future and I will HIGHLY recommend it to my friends!

I visited The Pearl yesterday for the first time for a Summer Bliss Massage with therapist, Melissa. WOW! It was so therapeutic and restorative. Just what I needed and Priscilla's skill, demeanor and responsiveness to my requests were exemplary and so appreciated! This is a LOVELY SPA. Truly designed for sensual comfort and ease. All the colors, scents and sounds coordinate beautifully to create an oasis of peace and relaxation. The Ladies Lounge was a fantastic oasis to rest between treatments, be nourished by delectable complimentary treats ( Wow that Mimosa was DELICIOUS!) and even to catch up with old and new friends.
