Staff is extremely rude. When I come excited for my pregnancy appointments they never fail to ruin it for me with their nasty attitudes. What could be brief and pleasant encounters always turns out to be terrible.
First of all, why don't they contact patients before patients show up even though they have my cell phone number? Only patient there without doctor?!? Just one call would make me not to waste my time. They seem like they don't care about wasting patients' time.
Unfortunately they have ruined many of my appointment experiences throughout my pregnancy and I cannot wait to never use this location again.

Love this practice. The staff and doctors are great. I see so many negative reviews and sometimes wonder if it's the patient them selves just having a bad day. I have never had a bad experience and will continue coming here and recommending this practice. Thank you to all
If you guys hate your jobs so much find somewhere else to work. Stop ruining the days of happy people just because you are so miserable. And stop making the doctors who actually care about the patients look bad with your nasty attitudes. It's terrible the office has to get bad reviews because of the front desk.
Second, I said I would see other doctor since I was there. But even after one hour since I've been waiting, I was still in waiting room. So I asked them how long I should wait. They said more than 30 mins. Are you kidding me? After they already wasted my time because they didn't contact me in advance, I had to wait one&half hours again?
Actually, I don't want to give them even 1 star. Even 1 star is too much for them if I think about how they think and treat patients.
The doctors and nurse practitioners are all wonderful and make you feel comfortable. The front desk staff who does appointments is the only one who actually smiles at patients and is extremely helpful.
I had an appointment in Fulton and went there at my appt time. But when I went there, I was told my doctor was sick and I had to choose to reschedule or see other doctor. I was very upset about their attitude.
Third, after one hour of waiting, I asked them to reschedule me because I couldn't stay there all day long. But they said the only available days for appt is in 2 months. Wow!!!
I've had a wonderful experience here. The doctors and nurse practitioners are great. I've had a really bad experience at another OB in the area and this office was such a refreshing find for me. At the front desk, I'm a little disappointed that they switched to electronic check-in. It feels very impersonal and when you have to pay at the station it doesn't tell you what it is for, which frankly sucks. So for this I would give it 4.5 stars, if I could. My favorite doc is Esposito and nurse practitioner Laura, but they really all have been nice.
The doctors at Capital Women's in maple lawn are AMAZING!!! They are always so nice, comforting and do their job well. The only complaint I have at this place is the receptionist, her last name is Jones and I think her name begins wth an E. She has ZERO personality, she does not smile, look at you and her demeanor is vey cold. She makes you feel rushed, dumb for asking questions and she is very rude. When trying to make an appointment for my future check ups, she says "were very busy so you need to get them as they come available" like very rude and again no smile or eye contact. Horrible Horrible Experience EVER !!!!
However the front desk staff before and after your appointment will always make you feel unwelcome, this is no matter how nice you are to them. I can never get out of there quick enough.
